Every banner is printed full color on 15 oz premium vinyl — heavier than the 13 oz most shops and online sellers use — with hems and grommets every 2 ft included at no charge. 15 oz is rated 2–3 years outdoors versus 1–2 for 13 oz, so on cost-per-year it's actually the cheaper banner. Upgrade to 18 oz blockout for the heaviest-duty installs, or mesh for windy spots.
By square footage: width × height in feet. The bigger the banner, the lower the rate per square foot — $8/sq ft up to 24 sq ft, then $7, $5.50, and $4.50 as you scale up. Our smallest banner is a 2′×6′ at a flat $99, and a bigger banner never quotes cheaper than a smaller one.
15 oz vinyl is right for most jobs and is rated 2–3 years outdoors. Choose 18 oz blockout when the banner takes real abuse or needs to stop light showing through from behind. Choose mesh for fences and construction sites — wind blows through it instead of tearing it down.

Long is fine — our vinyl comes off a 16 ft roll, so a 4′×30′ still prints on one seamless panel and prices right here on this page. It's only when a banner runs over 16 ft in both directions that it has to be welded from multiple panels, folded for freight, and adds 1–6 days. Freight is quoted per job, so we price those personally instead of guessing.
Yes — design is done in-house in Wilmington. If you send a print-ready file there's no design fee. A layout built from your logo and copy is $75; a custom design from scratch is $150. Either way you approve a proof before anything prints.
